摘要
总结了1000例宫腔镜下子宫粘膜下肌瘤电切术中并发症如空气栓塞、低钠血症、子宫穿孔、电灼伤的预防及护理,显著降低了术中并发症发生率,提高了宫腔镜手术的护理质量,加强了手术室护理人员的急救能力和意识。
In this paper,the author summaries the prevention of complications during electric hysteromyometomy and nursing.The complications in clude air embolism,hyponatremia,perforation of uterus,electric burns.The prevent ive measures lowered significantly the occurrence of complications,improved nurs ing quality at operation under hysteroscope and enhanced rescue ability at first aid and awareness of severe diseases.
