摘要
总结67例颈椎病和颈椎损伤患者手术治疗的护理。主要是:术前做好气管食管推移训练,卧姿训练,呼吸训练,大小便训练;术后颈部制动,保持引流通畅,密切观察生命体征及引流液的量、色泽,保持敷料干洁,防止术后并发症。认为做好以上护理是颈椎手术患者的护理关键。
The authors made a summary of nursing67patients with cervical sp on dylosis and cervical spine injury.The main experience was trachea and esophagus movement exercise,decubitus exercise,excrememt and urine exercise before operati on,and cervical spine immobilization,unobsrrucrion of drainage,close observation of the vital signs,the amount and color of drainage and dressing bleeding to pr event complications after operation.
