摘要
目的为了减少耗费,降低成本,勤俭办院。方法实施企业管理:(1)科室收支成本核算管理控制。(2)护理质量管理控制。(3)人力资源成本控制。(4)节能降耗控制。结果2000年与2002年在卫生材料、办公用品、清洁卫生用品、超时加班、设备维修报废方面,分别经t检验,清洁用品P<0.05,其他均为P<0.01,有显著性差异。2002年各项耗费明显减少。结论企业化管理有利于质量及效率的提高,达到增效低耗的效果。
Objective To decrease costs f or running the hospital economically.Methods Business management was implemented i ncluding:(1)cost accounting in the operation room;(2)control of nursing quality; (3)cost management of personnel;(4)energy-saving consumption-reducing management .Res ults In terms of hygienic materials,stationary,things for cleanness and hyg iene,overwork,maintenance of equipment between2000and2002,there existed signific ant differences by t-test(P<0.05and P<0.01).Conclus ion Business management help s to increase the efficiency and quality and decrease consumption.
