摘要
目的探讨口服维沃替代常规术前肠道准备的可行性和护理要点。方法60例大肠癌病人,随机分为对照组(常规肠道准备)30例和观察组(维沃组)30例,手术前后进行肠道菌群分析,观察术中肠道清洁情况和术后感染情况。结果维沃组术后肠道菌群计数与术前比较无显著性差异,与对照组比较有显著性差异,P<0.05,术后双歧杆菌/大肠杆菌(B/E)比值较术前增加(P<0.05);术后B/E比值比较,维沃组较对照组显著增加(P<0.01);维沃组和对照组肠道清洁度和术后感染情况,无显著性差异(P﹥0.05)。结论口服维沃3d可达到清洁肠道的目的,并可维护肠屏障功能,是一种良好的肠道准备方法。
Objective To study the ap plicability of Vivonex in the replacement of conventional methods for preoperati onal intestinal preparation as well as the essential points in its clinical mana gement.Methods Sixty patients with carcinoma of large intestine were randomly as signed into the observational group(Vivonex group)and control group(conventional group)in an even way.Intestinal bacterial flora were obtained and analyzed in b oth groups before and after operation.The states in the intestine and the infect ions were observed and compared during operation and after operation.Res ults In Vivonex group,there was no significant difference in intestinal bacterial flora colony counts before and after operation,but the proportion of B/E after operat ion increased compared with that before operation(P<0.05).After operation,the pr oportion of B/E in Vivonex group went up significantly compared with that in con trol group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of adequacy of intestinal preparation and postoperational infection rate( P>0.05).Conclus ion Oral Vivonex is able to efficiently prepare patients for int estinal surgeries in only three days.By preserving intestine mucosal barrier fun ction,it is effective in the intestinal preparation.
