摘要
柑桔大实蝇的辐照适期为羽化前1—2天的末期蛹,即黑复眼黑翅期。9krad的辐照剂量对柑桔大实蝇的羽化率、寿命和交尾时间无影响,而卵的孵化率为零,是适宜的辐射不育剂量。
The appropriate irradiation stage for sterilization treatment on Chinese citrus fly Dacus citri ( Chen ) is at last pupal phase,one to two days before emergence,as the colour of compound eyes and wings changed from pink to black.The emergence rate,life-span and mating time of this insect after irradiation with 9 krad of γ-rays were similar to those of the normal ones,while the mating rate between irradiated male and normal female was increased,and the hatching rate of their eggs was zero.It is indicated that the 9 krad of γ-rays is a suitable irradiation dose for the sterilization of Chinese citrus fly.
