摘要
大学生军事训练教育是国家围绕人才培养的长远战略目标和国防后备力量建设的需要而开展的一项重要工作 ,如何有效提高军训教育的实效性 ,是确保军训质量 。
The military training education in the university is to satisfy the needs of our nation for its strategic target of personnel training and its defense reserve forces. The enhancement of the actual effect of the military training education is vital to a guarantee of the training quality.
