摘要
用偏保守的压水堆核电厂堆芯熔化事故源项和我国在建核电厂厂址资料,分析事故后果,与选定的干预水平相比较,导出了这些核电厂烟羽应急计划区的大小,并与美国相类似的推导和结果进行了比较。根据我国的实际情况,部份地根据上述分析,建议我国核电厂(压水堆类型)烟羽应急计划区可按堆功率的大小和厂址条件选择等于或小于10公里,计划撤离的半径等于或小于5公里。
Nuclear power plant emergency planning zone (plume exposure pathway) sizes are studied and derived based on a spectrum of consequences. A comparison of the derivation and results between this study and NUREG-0396 is made. Based in part upon the above information the recommendation is made that PWR nuclear power plants in China should use a plume exposure emergency planning zone of≤10 km in radius and a evacuation planning zone of≤5 km in radius according to the reactor power and site condition.
