电解还原脉冲筛板柱两相流动特性的研究

摘要 在内径5cm的电解还原脉冲筛板柱中,用30%TBP(煤油)或0.34mol/lUO_2(NO_3)_2-30%TBP(煤油)-0.5mol/1HNO_3体系,研究了温度、流量、脉冲振幅和频率等对两相流动特性的影响。结果表明,低压直流电场影响分散相液滴的聚结。一般说,阴极电位愈负,聚结现象愈明显,致使液泛流速增大。而且,温度、流量及脉冲强度明显地影响聚结电位。但若控制阴极电位低于某一值,聚结现象则不明显,电脉冲柱可以很好地操作。 In the electroreduction pulsed extraction columns of continuous aqueous phase, a direct current electric field at low voltages affects the dispersed phase coalescence. Generally, the more negative the cathode potential is the more prominent the drop coalescence becomes, so the flooding velocities would be higher. The temperature, flow rate, pulse amplitude and frequency have significant influences on the coalescence potential. The coalescence pheno mena would not be marked if the cathode potential is controlled below certain values, and the electropulsed columns could be operated very well.
