摘要
等离子体的电子密度是聚变等离子体研究中的重要参数。一般采用探测电磁波通过等离子体后产生的相移来求等离子体的电子密度,等离子体引起的相移△(?)与探测弦线上的线积分电子密度n_e有如下的关系:
A three-channel HCN laser interferometer has been developed for measurement of electron density on the KT-5C tokamak. It is a veron type interferometer. The basic source of radiation is a glow discharge HCN laser operated at 337μm, the cavity length is 2.3m, and the output power of the laser is about 30mW. The spatial resolution of the interferometer is 42mm; the time resolution is 0.1ms which can be improved to better than 10μs with the use of software phase comparator. No effect of the fields or mechanical vibrations on the interferometry is observed. The accuracy is 1/40 of a fringe.
