亚低温和大剂量巴比妥类药物治疗颅脑创伤的临床应用研究进展 被引量:9

Advances in mild hypothermia and high dose barbiturates in craniocerebral injury

摘要 20世纪80年代以来,国外有关利用轻中度低温(27℃~35℃,简称亚低温)治疗颅脑创伤的实验研究已取得令人瞩目的结果.研究证实,亚低温治疗不但可以减轻颅脑创伤后的病理损害程度,而且能够促进神经功能的恢复.
