摘要
通过X射线衍射和^(57)Fe穆斯堡尔谱实验证明在TlBaCa_3Cu_3O_(8.5)超导体中存在以1223和2223为主的两个相,且由穆斯堡尔谱的拟合结果表明铁原子在上述的两个主相中替代两个不同晶位的铜原子;给出了TlBaCa_3Cu_3O_(8.5)样品中掺铁的穆斯堡尔谱参数与温度的依从关系;报道和讨论了在超导转变温度附近发生的电荷迁移现象,晶格动力学软化和缺氧的影响等。
Two main superconducting phases, 1223 and 2223 in TlBaCa3Cu3O8.5 superconductor, are identified by powder X - ray analysis and 57Fe Mossbauer spectroscopy analysis. The Mossbauer fitting results have shown that iron atoms in the lattice substitute for copper atoms at inequivalent sites for each main phase. The temperature dependence of Mossbauer parameters are obtained, and several problems are discussed about the electric charge transfer which takes place around the superconducting transition temperature, the lattice dynamics and the effect of oxygen deficiency at different temperatures.
