摘要
利用穆斯堡尔谱仪测量内转换电子、特征X射线背散射穆斯堡尔谱和透射穆斯堡尔谱,研究了高性能防腐抗蚀的Fe-Zn镀层的分层结构。重点研究了电镀含18%Fe的Fe-Zn合金样品的分层层次和结构,且得知该层次与电镀时的电流密度无关。这为获得优良防腐抗蚀镀层提供了理论依据。
The Mossbaurer spectra, including both conversion electron and intrinsic X - ray backscatting and transmission ones , have been applied to study the layered structure of the high corrosion - resistant Fe - Zn electrodepositions. Especially the layered structure of the Fe - Zn alloy samples containing 18 % Fe has been revealed. The electrodepositing current density has been found no influence on the layer order. Thus some bases may be provided for obtaining high corrosion -resistant electrodepositions.
