摘要
应用^(57)Fe穆斯堡尔谱、X射线衍射和有关的磁测量手段研究了SmTiFe_(11-x)Co_x间化物系列,这里Co的组分X为0—5。当X≥1,在间化物SmTiFeCo_x中的钴原子随机地占据各晶位.通过测量还获得了实验样品SmTiFeCo_x中钴含量X与其超精细场的依从关系和样品SmTiFe的超精细场随温度变化的关系。
A series of SmTiFe11-xCox compounds, where X ranges from zero to five, have been studied by 57Fe Mossbauer spectroscopy, X ray diffraction, and related magnetic measurements. Random site occupation of Co atom occurs in SmTiFe11-xCoxwhen X≥1. The Co concentration dependence of the magnetic hyperfine field for the samples, SmTiFe11-x, and temperature dependence of the magnetic hyperfine field for SmTiFe are obtained.
