摘要
用放射免疫分析法(RIA)测定40例急性病毒性心肌炎患者和20名健康人血浆心钠素(ANF)浓度。结果显示,试验组血浆ANF水平明显低于对照组,提示急性病毒性心肌炎患者血浆ANF含量偏低,并对其降低的机理及临床意义作了讨论。
In this article, the plasma level of atrial natriuretic factor (ANF) in 40 patients with acute viral myocarditis and 20 healthy subjects (controls) were measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA). The results showed that the level of ANF in patients was significantly lower than that of normal controls. The mechanism of the decrease of plasma ANF in this disease and its clinical significance were discussed.
