摘要
本文描述了用放化分离中子活化分析法(RNAA)测定生物样品中的微量元素。RNAA法是一种精确可靠的分析方法,因为它采用放化分离除去了干扰放射性。为了保证分析质量,来自各国的研究小组测定了生物盲样中的微量元素As、Cd、Cu、Hg、Se和Zn。结果表明在这个盲样分析中RNAA是最好的方法。
This paper describes the determination of trace elements in biological materials by RN AA. As the interfering activities are removed by radiochemical separation, RNAA is a precise and reliable analytical method. For quality assurance of measurements, the trace elements As, Cd, Cu, Hg, Se and Zn have been determined in biological blind samples by various research groups from different countries. The results show RNAA is the best method in the blind sample analysis.
