《金匮要略》泻心汤对实验性动脉粥样硬化大鼠主动脉细胞凋亡的影响及其机制研究 被引量：4

摘要 细胞凋亡异常是动脉粥样硬化发生发展过程中的一个重要因素 ,在冠心病急性突发事件的发生中也起着非常重要的作用。研究了《金匮要略》泻心汤对实验性动脉粥样硬化大鼠主动脉细胞凋亡的影响。结果发现泻心汤可以通过影响动脉粥样硬化过程中诱导细胞凋亡的因素 ox- L DL、NO等发挥抑制细胞过度凋亡的作用。认为该方既可用于动脉粥样硬化的防治 ,也可用于冠心病急性突发事件的预防。
