摘要
研究了Ge探测器近几何测量时,级联和跨越γ射线全能峰效率的符合效应校正方法。首次指出,总响应应包括探测器周围物质的散射贡献,修正了传统的总响应定义,并证明峰/总比(P/T)与源-探测器距离有关。在此基础上,测定了两个Ge探测器在不同几何下的P/T,并实用于K_0法中子活化分析中的级联γ符合校正。还举例说明了本法的准确性、编制了中子活化分析指示核素主要分析线的级联符合校正用参数表。
This paper,the fourth in a series,describes the parametric corrections for summing effects caused by cascade-crossover transitions. The definition of 'total response of Ge detector for a single energy γ-ray' has for the first time been clarified with scattering γ contributions at low energy regions included. Peak to total ratio (P/T) has been proven to be dependent of counting geometry and measurement surroundings. This P/T definition has been verified on nuclides with typical cascade-crossover γ transition (e. g. 75Se). Nuclear parameters related to summing effect corrections have been tabulated for 72 nuclides of NAA interest.
