摘要
本文根据我国核电站设备设计和制造的经验与实际能力,分析了600MW 核电站设备国产化的必要性和可能性。笔者指出:抓好核岛设备的设计,是国产化的关键;在核电设备制造方面,我国已有一定的基础,只要稍加措施,增添少量关键加工设备和测试仪器,估计可以适应当前的要求。笔者还提出了对现阶段核电设备国产化的步骤和措施。最后,具体分析了我国首套600MW 核电机组的设备制造情况,综合测算其国产化率为70%左右。
According to the experience and practical capacity of nuclear power plant equipment design and manufacture in China,the pa-per analyzes the necessity and possibility of nationalization for600MW nuclear equipment.The writers point out:the design ofnuclear island equipment is the key problem of nationalization.Based on some fixed manufacture equipment for nuclear powerequipment manufacturing,so long as increasing some key manu-facture equipment and instruments,the requirement of the nucl-ear power development will be suited.The writers also estimatethat the rate of nationalization of the first 600MW nuclearpower unit can attain about 70%.
