摘要
用内胶凝工艺研制了高温气冷堆(HTGR)燃料芯核,对该工艺的各个过程,如:缺酸硝酸铀酰(Acid Deficient Uranyl Nitrate)溶液和溶胶液的配制,分散溶胶成液滴并胶凝成固体微球、洗涤、干燥、煅烧,还原烧结等过程进行了系统的研究,并在1kg 级装置上进行了条件最佳化试验,确定了最佳工艺参数。本工艺制备的 UO_2燃料芯核密度达98%理论密度以上 O/U 比为2.000±0.005,圆球度(D_(max)/D_(min))达1.03,破碎强度为2kg,闭孔尺寸为1μm 左右。各项性能符合我国10MW HTGR 燃料元件的要求。
HTGR fuel UO_2 kernels were prepared by the internal gelat-ion process.The various steps of the process,e.g.,preparing the acid deficient uranyl nitrate solution and the sol solution,dispersing the sol solution into droplets and gelating them so asto get solid microspheres,then washing,drying,calcining,red-ucing and sintering them into dense UO_2 microspheres have beenstudied.The suitable parameters for preparing UO_2 microspheresby a set of equipment with a throughput of 1 kg/day have beenobtained.the performances of UO_2 microspheres are as follows:density:>98%T.D.,O/U:2.000±0.005,sphericity(D_(max)/D_(min)):1.03,crushing strenth:2 kg,closed pore size.~1μm The UO_2kernels are suitable for the fuel element of the 10 MW HTGR ofChina.
