摘要
本文描述了一种可同时测量4个样品的低底本αβ测量装置。它的探测系统采用新型的ST1221型低本底αβ闪烁体和低噪声GDB52LD型光电倍增管组成主探测器,一块φ300mm×50mm的ST—401型塑料闪烁体作为反符合探测器。对于^(90)Sr-^(90)Yβ放射源的2π探测效率≥60%时,本底的典型值为0.03cm^(-2)·min^(-1);对于^(239)Pu α源的2π探测效率≥70%时,本底的典型值为0.03cm^(-2)·h^(-1)。该装置可配置任意型号的计算机进行数据收集和处理,测量系统都由计算机控制。
This report describes an a and 3 radiation system of counting emission from up to four samples simultaneously.The primary detectors are made of the new low background a and P scintilators of model ST1221 and the low noise PM tube of model GDB-52LD.
A'single 300mm X'Smm plastic scihtilator is used as guard detector, 90Sr-MY 3 counting efficiency is 60% with typical backgroound of 0.03cm-,?min-l a counting efficiency for ',Pu is 70% with background of 0.03 cm-2玥-1. This instrument is compatible with micrcomputer of any type. Measuring and data processing are controlled by computer.
