摘要
对榆林地区岩黄蓍属木本组各分类群的酯酶同工酶谱进行了研究,结果表明,岩黄蓍属木本植物的6个分类群的幼叶、子叶、根EST同工酶都分3个区,其泳动率分别开始于0.19、0.29、0.57,重复性好。该酶谱为榆林地区岩黄蓍属6个分类群的亲缘关系提供了新证据。据此,结合形态特征讨论了该分类群的分类等级。
Association of every taxon of Sect. Fraticosum of Hedysram L. in Yuling region were selected and their seeds were collected in the field. After their seedling had been got, the spectrum of EST isozyme of the leaves, cotylendon and roots from seedling were made two times. Two spectrums from the same organ of the taxon was very identical. All of spectrum of EST isozyme from different organs of the taxa could be divided into 3 parts, the beginning of Rf values in different parts were 0.19, 0.29, 0.57 respectively. The spectrum of EST isozyme offered new evident for phylogenetic relationship between 6 taxa of Hedysarum L. in Yulin region. Based on spectrum, and composed with morphological character, taxonomy degree of 6 taxa were discussed.
