摘要
目的:观察运动状态下针刺头穴对正常人大脑细胞功能的影响。方法:用PET(正电子发射断层扫描)观察6例正常人运动时针刺前后的大脑细胞葡萄糖代谢并进行自身对照。结果:针刺百会与左侧曲鬓穴可使双侧大脑顶上小叶、楔前叶葡萄糖代谢增高,但以左侧大脑为主;葡萄糖代谢减低区主要集中在左侧小脑、脑干和前额区及颞叶。结论:针刺头穴百会与曲鬓可以增强大脑双侧有关运动区域的代谢,但以同侧为主。同时也影响大脑的高级思维活动。
Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture on cerebral function of normal subjects during finger movement. Methods Positron emission tomography (PET) was used for observation on glucose metabolism in cerebral cells in 6 normal subjects during the movement before and after acupuncture, and self-controls were made. Results Acupuncture at Baihui (GV 20) and left Qubin (GB 7) could increase metabolism of glucose in bilateral lobules parietalis superior and precuneus, the activation of left area in the brain being more significant. And glucose metabolism decreased mainly in left side of the cerebellum, brain stem, forehead area and temporal lobe. Conclusion Acupuncture at Baihui (GV 20) and Qubin (GB 7) can activate metabolism in relative motor area of bilateral cerebral hemisphere with more significant activation in the side of acupuncture, and it also influences the higher thought activity of the brain.
