摘要
目的 探索行为矫正治疗对强制戒毒期海洛因依赖者的治疗效果。方法 将 1 2 0例海洛因依赖者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,各 60例 ,两组患者均在自然戒断状态下脱瘾治疗 ,治疗组同时加用行为矫正治疗。在戒断后 2 4小时、72小时、7天、1 0天、一个月、3个月时 ,对两组患者进行戒断症状的评定。结果 两组患者在戒断后 2 4小时、72小时、7天时所出现的戒断症状的发生率无明显差异 ;在戒断后 1 0天、1个月、3个月时 ,治疗组患者戒断症状的发生率显著低于对照组。
Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of behavior modification techniques to the heroin addicts during forced withdrawal period.Methods 120 heroin addicts were randomly divided into the therapeutic group and the control group ;each group included 60 patients, both groups were in the natural withdrawal state, with the behavior modification techniques to the therapeutic group . All the patients were assessed with rating scale for withdrawal symptoms in the 24th hour, 72nd hour, 7th day, 10th day, 1st month and the 3rd month after withdrawal. Results In the acute phase of the withdrawal, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the frequency of withdrawal symptoms, such as fatigue?craving for drugs insomnia, et al ,But in the restoration period, the patients in therapeutic group had lower frequency of withdrawal symptoms than that of the control group. Conclusion The results showed that behavior modification techniques is operative in forced withdrawal treatment to heroin addicts.
