摘要
某化肥厂316L尿素甲铵泵主填料箱破裂,为此取样进行了宏观和微观测试分析,研究探讨了主填料箱的失效原因。结果表明:腐蚀疲劳是导致裂纹产生和扩展的主要原因。对此提出了相应的改进措施,改用00Cr25Ni6Mo2N双相钢制造主填料箱,大幅度提高了甲胺泵的使用寿命。
The reason and mechanism of invalidation of main filling box of urea ammonia pump in a fertilizer factory was studied. The result shows that the reason of the main filling box cracking is corrosionfatigue, and 00Cr25Ni6Mo2N can enhance the life of the main filling box to a great extent.
