板坯凝固末端轻压下实时控制的热力学分析 被引量:17

摘要 基于对板坯连铸温度场、热 机械应力应变场的数值模拟,研究了不同工艺条件下板坯凝固过程中液芯长度的变化规律。同时还探讨了板坯在液态、凝固和固态冷却过程的收缩行为。通过这两方面的研究,对国外报道的某些连铸机上已采用的凝固末端轻压下技术进行剖析,并分析实时控制对板坯质量的重要性,为有效实现凝固末端轻压下技术实时控制的国产化打下理论基础。 Based on the numerical simulation for the thermal and strainstress fields of continuously cast slab, the liquid core length variation during solidification under different technology conditions has been studied. At the same time the shrinkage and/or contraction behavior of the casting slab are investigated. Accordingly, the soft reduction at the crack sensitive zone of slab, which has been applied to some casting machines in the world is discussed. In addition, the importance of the realtime control of soft reduction to the quality of slab is analyzed, which is expected to establish a theoretical basis for carrying out efficiently the realtime control for slab soft reduction adoption in domestic machines.
