针对铁通市级公司的现状,提出一种小型呼叫中心设计方案,使铁通市级公司在电信运营商竞争日益激烈的今天能提高客服质量,最后对该方案的应用前景作了展望。
The competition between telecommunication operators is getting harder and harder nowadays. This article gives a solution of a mini Call Center contraposing the actuals of CRC grass roots company, which will improve the CRM of the company. The article also predicts its future.
