摘要
目的 :综述磁性制剂在近年来的发展。方法 :查阅近几年来国内外文献有关磁性制剂的研究与应用状况。结果 :磁性颗粒与药物制成的磁性制剂被广泛应用于磁性导向系统、磁性免疫制剂、磁性触发式释药体系中。结论 :作为新型的释药体系 ,磁性制剂在肿瘤、糖尿病的药物治疗中将会起到越来越重要的作用。
Objective: To summarize the development of magnetic preparations in pharmaceutics. Methods: The literature about magnetic preparations in recent years was reviewed. Results: Magnetic preparations were made of magnetic granules and drug by pharmaceutical technology and were used widely in many drug-releasing system. Conclusion: As an advanced drug-releasing system, magnetic preparations have an active role in drug therapy of tumor and diabetes.
