摘要
药师参与静脉输注药物混合服务是药学工作由“传统调配型”向“以病人为中心”的服务型模式转变的一种有效方式。本文以近 3年来的工作实践为主要依据 ,分工作概况、体会、提示和展望 3个部分 ,介绍我院药师进行静脉输注药物混合服务的工作现状与体会 ,同时为药师进行输液配置工作提供借鉴与参考。
Participation of pharmacists in pharmacy intravenous admixture services is an effective method for the change of pharmacy work mode from 'traditional medicine dispensing' to 'patient oriented practice'. The article, based on the work practice for nearly 3 years, describes the current situation and experience of pharmacy intravenous admixture services in hospital from 3 aspects: general work situation, experience, suggestion and expectation. At the same time, it can offer the reference for pharmacists of other hospitals participating in pharmacy intravenous admixture services.
