摘要
根据中医内科辨证,因时制宜原则,选用活血皇浆供田径队队员参赛服用,观察其增强身体工作能力和抗疲劳的作用。研究表明,运动员在服液后PWC170的绝对值和相对值以及VO2max绝对值明显提高(P<0.05或<0.01),安静时和亚极量负荷后15min血乳酸(BLA)显著降低(P<0.05或<0.01),血乳酸(BLA)的10min清除率的百分数(RdL10min%)明显增大(P<0.01),服液期间运动员主观感觉和观察无异常,心电图监护未发现运动性疲劳征象,比赛成绩提高和持平者占82.76%。
The traditional Chinese medical principles of treatment based on the differential diagnosis and treating the disease according to the climate were applied to observe effects of administrating bee milk for activating blood circulation on the improvement of physical performance and antifatigue functions in athletes. The results indicated that the athletes' absolute and relative value of PWC170 and the absolute value of VO2max increased obviously (P<0.05 or <0.01). The blood lactate (BLA) decreased obviously at rest and at 15 minutes after loading of submaximal intensity (P<0.05 or <0.01). The percentage of BLA clearance in 10 minutes (RdL10min%) increased obviously (P<0.01). During the time of administrating bee milk for activating blood circulation, there was nothing abnormal in the athletes' perceived exertion and in the observation. And symptoms of sports fatigue were not found in electrocardiogram monitoring. The athletes who improved their results in the competition and those who maintained their level accounted for 82.76%.
