对普通人群几种不同形式纵跳的动力学分析 被引量:16

Dynamic Analysis of Different Forms of Vertical Jump in Ordinary Crowd

摘要 对15名普通大学生进行了不同形式纵跳的测试,比较其动力学各项指标。结果表明,许多动力学指标差异有显著性;缓冲技术环节方面,普通人群摆臂技术明显不足,而对缓冲幅度要求与运动员差异无显著性;蹬伸技术环节方面,普通人群由于快肌成分相对不发达,爆发力差而蹬伸无力;在各种纵跳形式下,实际高度与按冲量计算的高度差异无显著性,而与按腾空时间计算的高度差异有显著性。 Tests of different forms of vertical jump were performed in 15 ordinary undergraduates and dynamic data were collected and compared. The results showed that there were significant differences between these parameters. In the aspect of amortizing technique the skill of swinging arm was insufficient in the ordinary crowd and there was no significant difference in demands on the range of amortization between the ordinary crowd and the athletes. In the aspect of pushing off and stretching the explosive force of the ordinary crowd was poor and their pushing off and stretching were not forceful because their fasttwitch muscular composition was relatively underdeveloped. When doing every form of vertical jump there was no significant difference between the actual height and the height calculated from the impulse and there was between the actual height and the height calculated from the duration of flight.
