摘要
活性染料平网印花是目前应用较多的印花工艺 ,其生产中主要问题有易渗浆、砂眼和耐印率差等 ,特别在印深色花纹时更为明显。本文从重氮感光体系制版机理 ,探讨造成这些问题的原因 ,并提出改善或消除这些弊端的工艺操作方法 。
Flat screen printing with reactive dye is the most popular method in printing process. The main problems existing in practice are paste bleeding, sand holes and low pressrun, especially in the dark pattern printing. This paper covers the reasons for the problems formation from the mechanism of stenciling with diazo photosensitive system, measures to get rid of these problems are also put forward, thus, the quality of flat screen stenciling is progressed.
