摘要
四引线法测量中,传统的方法是采用电压端钮内接法而排斥电压端钮外接法。通过实验研究,得出 了电压端钮内外接法是等效的,并依据电路原理,对电压端钮内外接法的等效性进行了分析。
Traditionally, measuring low resistance with the voltage jointers being linked inside other than that being linked outside in the four - probe method. In this paper, the equivalent of the voltage jointer linked inside and outside is proved by the experimental result. The analysis is made for the equivalent of the voltage jointer linked inside and outside according to the circuit.
