摘要
中国是个农业大国,土地问题历来是能否兴邦安民的一个根本问题,而土地产权问题是土地制度的核心。建国以来, 中国共产党从中国国情出发,认真总结成功经验和失败的教训,不断改革,不断创新,建立了有中国特色的农村土地产权制度, 带动整个农村经济的全面发展。
China is a large agricultural country. Land is always a basic problem which links to the prosperity of a country and the stability of its people and the core of land system is land properly right. Since the foundation of the People's Republic of China, the Communist Party of China, proceeding from China's actual condition, and summing up the experience of success and failure, and with continuous reform and innovation, establishes land property right system with Chinese characteristics in rural areas, which foster the comprehensive development of the whole rural economy.
