摘要
房地产业是我国国民经济的先导性产业,发展房地产证券化将对我国房地产市场产生积极而深远的影响,本文分析 了在我国发展房地产证券化的有关问题及应对措施。
Real estate industry is the leading industry in our national economy. To develop the real estate will produce positive and profound effect on our real estate market. This thesis analyzes the relative problems in developing the real estate. It also puts forward some means to be taken.
