维生素A与人体生长发育、视觉、生殖及免疫功能有关 ,我国属儿童维生素A中度缺乏国家。
VitaminA funtctions in many human physiological process such growth,development ,visual sense,sexualreproduction and immunity. Children's Vitamin A absorption amount in china is on the level of medium-lack condition. This writings describes the physiological functions of Vitamin A and the methods of how to guard against the disease caused by lack of Vitamin A.
