摘要
我国加入WTO后 ,远程教育作为一项服务贸易也在开放之列 ,为了适应这一形势的需要 ,提高远程教育教师的素质是关键。分析加入WTO对远程教育的影响与我国远程教育教师素质与之不相适应的现状 。
With China entering WTO, distance education, a service trade,is among the programs to be opened. In order to fit the new situation of our entering WTO, it is a key to improve the qualities of distance education tutors.This article analyses the influence of China's entering WTO on distance education and the present situation of distance education tutors. Based on that, it puts forwards the basic qualities a distance education tutors should possess and the countermeasures to improve the qualities.
