OMRON 公司的 Z4M 型激光位移传感器可将测量距离线性地转换为标准电流或标准电压,其分辨率为1.5μs。本文介绍该传感器的功能、调试方法和应用实例。
The OMRON Z4M laser displacement transducer can linearly convert measured distance to standard current or standard voltage,with a resolution of 1.5μs.This paper introduces the function,adjusting method and application example of this transducer.
