摘要
在简要分析数字图书馆标准规范重要性和发展趋势的基础上,提出我国数字图书馆标准规范的长期目标和近期任务,描述标准规范发展战略、建设机制、核心标准规范体系的建设内容和要求。
Based on a brief analysis of the importance and trends of DL standards, this paper presents both long term objectives and near - term requirements for Chinese DL standards work, and describes the tasks for standards strategies, development mechanisms, and core DL standards.
