摘要
实行供应链管理是保障猪肉质量的有效途径。基于委托代理理论 ,从激励和利益协调的角度 ,通过建立高档猪肉供应链超额收益模型 ,分析了公司和养猪户获得超额收益和利益均衡的价格条件及其影响因素。研究结论对于公司与养猪户间的契约设计具有重要的指导意义。表 1,参 3。
