超高速定向凝固K10合金组织与碳化物形态的变化

摘要 利用超高梯度定向凝固装置,其液固界面前沿温度梯度达1000~1300 K/cm,研究了超高速定向凝固条件下,K10合金的超细柱晶组织,碳化物形态及分布的变化。经试验表明:定向凝固柱晶组织中,一次枝晶高度细化,二次枝晶退化甚至消失。碳化物呈方向性排列,形态由普通铸态下的岛状变成蠕虫状。 The research is on the superfine column structures,change of carbonides,form and distribution of cobalt-base K 10 superalloy under superhigh speed directionalsolidification,with the help of a newly developed directional solidification equipmentwhich has a superhigh temperture gradient of 1000~1300K/cm ahead the solidifyingS/L interface.ExPerimontal results show that the directionally solidified superfinestructure consists of highly refined primary spacings and degenelated or even erasedside branches,the carbonides are directionally arrayed and carbonides' form changedfrom the islands' shape at general casting state to worms' form.
