摘要
分析了影响交通运输网络发展的因素,总结了课题研究的程序。综合运用了“系统最优原理”和“用户最优原理”,给出了多目标、多运输方式与运送对象的平衡交通网络设计的一般表达式。系统最优与用户最优方法同时又能用于研究国家和省级铁路、公路系统的交通运输问题。文中对这个非凸规划问题给出局部最优解的算法。
This paper is based on the results of transportation research projects. The factors affecting the development of transportation are analysed, and the working program for the project is given out. A general formula which is the combination of “system optimization” and “user optimization” are proposed, and it can be used to design the equilibrium transportation network of multi-object, multi-style and multi-goods. These methods are also applied to studying problems of railway and highway transportation system for national level and provincial level. A partly optimized algorithm is also developed to solve the nonconvex programming question.
