摘要
简要介绍了顾客满意度测评的模糊集合论模型,探讨产品设计的顾客满意度评价因素,提出了产品设计的顾客满意度测评模糊技术并开展实证研究。
Fuzzy set theory is briefly introduced as the measurement of customer satisfaction. Evaluation factors in customer satisfaction with product design are explored. Fuzzy evaluation technique to measure customer satisfaction with product design is proposed with empirical studies.
