摘要
根据理论和实践的关系 ,校长服务理念可以划分为内隐化的服务理念和外显化的服务理念。通过对外显化的服务理念进行深入的分析和探源 ,即可揭示校长服务理念内隐化的重大的实践价值。而校长服务理念内隐化的具体的实践策略则包括强化服务意识 ,加强自我角色定位 ,加强校长专业化建设 。
According to the relationship between theory and practice, the service concept of principals is divided into two parts--the invisible one and the visible one. A thorough analysis and research of the visible service concept reveals the vital realistic value of its counterpart. The specific practical tactics of the invisible service concept demand the principals to strengthen their service awareness, role location, the specialization and cultivation of themselves.
