摘要
本文论述了GH4169高温合金缓磨时各主要过程参量的变化特征,提供了相应的反映已磨表面形貌变化特征的SEM照片;并应用XPS对烧伤表层氧化膜组份进行了探讨。
The characteristics of main process parameters during creep feed grinding of GH4169 have been dealt with in detail in this paper. And at the same time.some SEM photographs mirroring the variance characteristics of workpiece ground surface have been given. The oxide film composition of burnt surface has been discussed by means of XPS.
