机体损伤反应综合征动物实验研究(Ⅱ多系统结构时空声变化探讨) 被引量:1

摘要 目的 研究致病因子作用下机体损伤反应综合征的病理生理学的结构变化规律。方法 选择 36犬随机分为 6组 ,分别在常温下腹主动脉阻断 0、15、2 5、35、4 5、6 0min ,获取血液动力学 ,血气酸碱 ,生化等指标予以分析。同时每组 3犬取肝、肾、胰、肠组织。另择 18犬 (每组 3犬 ) ,也分别于常温下腹主动脉阻断 0、15、2 5、35、4 5、6 0min ,取脑、肺、脊髓组织。所获取 7种组织 ,经常规处理后 ,在电镜下观察其超微结构变化并摄片。结果 机体损伤反应综合征SCSS与SCSD1两期 ,上述组织仅呈可逆性超微结构变化 ,机体损伤反应综合征SCSD2与SCSF两期 ,上述组织则发生不可逆性之超微结构变化。结论 机体损伤反应综合征各期具有相应的多系统形态学改变。但其形态学超微结构变化仅能大体区分可逆性变化 (相当于BIRS之SCSS与SCSD1期 )与不可逆性变化 (相当于BiRS之SCSD2与SCSF期 )。 Objective The study is to investigate the regulations of the structural changes of Body Injury Response Syndrame (BIRS) under the influence of the pathogenesis.Methods In this experiment, 36 healthy dogs were randomly divided into 6 groups and abdominal aorta had been clamped respectively for the groups of 0,15,25,35,45 and 60 minutes; the data of hemodynamic, blood acid\|base, and biochemistry were collected and analyzed. The tissues of kidney, liver, pancreas and intestine [from 6 groups of this experiment], and the tissues of brain, spinal and lung from others 18 dogs [also divided into 6 group,but 3 dog of each group] were obtained and ultrastructures changes were observed by electron microscopy, for analysis of the structural changes of muetisystems after injury.Results The slight and reversible changes of multisystem in the periods of SCSS and SCSD\-1 of BIRS, and the severe and irrversible changes of multisystem in the periods of SCSD\-2 and SCSF of BIRS were observed.Conclusion The functional changes of multisystems of each period of BIRS associated with the structural changes of multisystems; In general, the ultrastructural changes may been divided into two types:'Reversible changes'(the period of SCSS and SCSD\-1), and 'Irreversible Changes'(the period of SCSD\-2 and SCSF). The theory 'general life time\| space\|field\|theory/LTSF'(also called 'multisystem time\|space theory/MTS') and the conception 'life gray cave/LGC' were proposed by authors in this article.
