摘要
本文介绍了一种用于多级轴流压气机性能优化调整试验最佳静叶转角计算的方法 ,此方法采用一个二次泰勒级数展开式作为近似优化性能模型 ,利用压气机性能模型确定压气机调整试验的初始静叶转角 ,应用数值优化计算技术确定压气机静叶转角调整的逼近方向和步长。具有收敛速度快、迭代次数少和适于处理试验数据带有测量误差的问题等优点。与目前的压气机性能调整试验方法相比 。
A methodology has been developed for calculating optimum stagger angles of vanes for the axial flow compressor performance adjustment tests.The methodology uses a square Taylor series as an approximate optimization model,determines initial vane angle changements of the axial flow compressor tests by means of the compressor performance prediction model and abtains direction and steps for vane adjustment by the digital optimization technology.This methodology has the advantages of fast convergence,less iteration and suitability for the test data calculation with measuring errors.Compared with the existing methods it can reduce the period and times of compressor performance tests.
