摘要
现阶段推行住房抵押贷款证券化,启动住房抵押贷款二级市场可以有效地化解银行金融风险、提高银行资本充足率,此外还可以扩大内需,活跃资本市场。但从银行动因和条件分析,我国推行住房贷款证券化尚存在许多障碍和制约因素,本文即在分析这些现实性和制约因素的基础上,提出切实可行的对策建议。
Carrying out the housing mortgage loan securitization can reduce the financial risk of the banks effectively.It can also stimulate the total development of the market.However,there are many obstacles on the way.This article is based on the analysis of those restrictions,proposes some practical suggestions on this problem.
