摘要
由于资金不足、人才缺乏和管理基础薄弱等原因,中小企业的发展面临着严重困难。随着竞争观念的转变,组建动态联盟是中小制造企业的一个重要发展方向,是提高其敏捷竞争力的一种有效途径。对江苏省中小制造企业的问卷调查表明:企业管理理念落后、员工素质不高、信息化进程缓慢等方面与动态联盟的要求有较大差距。所以,必须基于我国现实基础构建中小制造企业动态联盟。
The small and medium sized manufacturing enterprises in China are confronted with various obstacles: insufficient fund resources, shortage of human resources and carelessness of management. With the acute sense of competitiveness, they found it a right direction to have a dynamic alliance in which all small and medium sized manufacturing enterprises are included, while each unit can be operating separately. The results of the questionnaire survey with small and medium sized manufacturing enterprises in Jiangsu Province indicate that there exist several serious problems: lack of enterprise management, ill trained personnel and workers, and slow progress of information technology. All those factors reveal the great gap between the ideal condition of a dynamic alliance and the ill prepared state of the current enterprises. It requires concerted efforts and well coordinated policy from both sides to work towards the goal of establishing an alliance.
