铝锂合金的强塑性优化

摘要 根据2090和2090+Ce铝锂合金板材室温拉伸断裂特征和性能的研究结果,提出了分层强化和薄带强化理论,并将其归为外强化;探讨了晶粒形貌、晶内—晶界强度差、晶界应力集中程度与外强化效应的内在联系;从晶粒结构、微量稀土元素Ce、形变热处理、时效工艺几个方面讨论优化铝锂合金强塑性的途径与机制。 According to the Research results about fracture feature and properties of monotonic tension for Al-Li alloys 2090 and 2050+Ce, the theory of ligament strengthening and delamination strengthening was presented, which belonging under extrinsic strengthening. The relationship among grain structure, strength difference between grain-within and grain boundary, stress localization degree at grain boundary and extrinsic strengtheling effect was researched. The method and mechanisms of optimizing strength-ductility was discussed, including grain stucture, minor rare earth element Ce, thermomechanical treatment and aging procedure.
