摘要
本文研究了40CrMnSiMoVA(GC-4)钢不同等温状态的微观组织与力学性能的关系。研究结果表明:300℃等温状态的微观组织为不同形态的贝氏体、马氏体和残余奥氏体所组成的复合组织,其中的变念贝氏体改善了钢的强韧性及抗疲劳断裂性能,对提高飞机的安全可靠性具有重要的实际意义。
In this paper, Micostructures and mechanical properties of 40CrMnSiMoVA steel after isothermal quenching at different temperatures are studied. The results show that microstructure by isothermally quenching at 300℃ consists of bainite, martensite and retained austenite. Abnormal bainite in structure improves the combination of strength and toughness and the properties of fatigue resistance of steel,It is of great importance to increase the safety and reliability of aircraft.
